Emma has over 20 years’ experience in Corporate Finance working with growth companies across a broad range of companies, sectors and transactions including IPOs, AIM, Main Market, M&A, Takeover Code, and Fundraising. She has a 1st class degree in Natural Sciences.
Emma started her career as an Accountant (ACA) at Grant Thornton before moving into Corporate Finance at NCB and subsequently Daniel Stewart. She was a Partner at Cairn Financial Advisers before moving to Panmure Gordon as a Managing Director in Investment Banking in 2018, focusing on healthcare. Emma co-heads the healthcare team.
